How can I return an item?

Place the products to be returned in a box or shipping bag. Go to your online account and follow the steps. Please note that we reserve the right not to refund or not fully refund/accept a return if the products are not in their original condition and used. Returns are at the expense of the customer.

– Items with labels removed

When can I expect my order?

On average, it takes about 5 to 10 working days to receive your order. As soon as your order is ready for shipment you will receive a track and trace code.

Are all items in stock?

We work with stock management. Is the item sold out online? Then that article is unfortunately not available to order.

Can I also pick up my order somewhere?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our HQ in Weesp. You can choose the pick up option at the check out. Make sure to make an appointment via whatsapp.

Out of stock? What if an item is no longer available in my size and/or color?

New items can sell out quickly. If it is indicated as ‘LAST ONES’, it will (for the time being) not be in (more) stock. We therefore recommend that you go for a different size or color. In the webshop you can see exactly what is still in stock.
