OMG, we are so excited to introduce our new loyalty program! With this program, you can earn points in different ways and unlock exclusive rewards! This is a way to show our appreciation for your continued support and dedication. Our loyalty program is designed to provide you with free exclusive benefits, special offers and personalized services. With the Love And Care By JSM loyalty program, you reward yourself by taking good care of your hair and skin.
How does it work?
If you are already a customer or interested in our care products, you can participate in our loyalty program for exclusive benefits for free. If you are already a customer with us and have created an account on the website, you automatically participate in the loyalty program. But even if you are not yet a customer, you can register for free to participate in the loyalty program.
You will find the loyalty program at the bottom right of your screen (My rewards) or via your account .
Save points
By saving points you earn exclusive benefits such as discounts and free products. We call these campaigns. We currently have 5 campaigns with which you can earn points.
Receive 10 points for every €1 spent
For every euro you spend you earn 10 points . These are automatically added to your account after ordering. Shipping costs are not included in this.
Start with 10 points
Earn 10 points by simply logging into your account or registering as a new customer. This campaign only works once per account.
Referral
Earn 50 points for every time someone orders in our shop via your unique link. This referral link works once per person who is referred and is checked via that person's account.
Happy Birthday
Birthday? Of course we have to reward that with 100 points! Set your birthday on your account and the points will be awarded automatically.
Leave a review
Share your experiences with our products and receive 25 points per product for which you write a review. These points are automatically awarded a maximum of 1x per product as soon as your review is online. After placing an order, you will automatically receive an e-mail (after a few days) to leave a review for each product ordered.
Unlock rewards with your points
Your saved points immediately provide nice benefits. With the points, 4 different types of rewards can currently be redeemed. Redeeming means that you unlock a reward. The points used for this cannot be reversed. Once redeemed, the rewards become available in your account as a coupon. You can then apply this coupon to an order. Redeeming alone does not mean that you have actually applied it to your order.
Rules of the game
- Please note: After you redeem a reward with your points, it will become available as a coupon. This coupon is available for 48 hours and will then automatically expire. This means that after redeeming/unlocking a reward, you must use it in an order within 48 hours.
- You can redeem more of the same rewards with your points. However, only 1 coupon can be applied per order.
- This loyalty program does not apply to Wholesale customers.
- Each product page shows how many points you will receive with the selected product. The shopping cart and checkout page shows how many points the total order will yield.
